SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Instructor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be responsible for teaching and supporting students learning both inside and outside the classroom. She/he shall work closely with the Departmental Chair and Dean of the school in formulating and implementing course structure that would translate to effective teaching and learning in the School of Engineering as well as engaging students with other resource assignments in accordance with the prescribed policies and procedures of the American University of Nigeria.
DETAILED LISTING OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teaching: The primary responsibility of a faculty member is for teaching and for supporting student learning both inside and outside the classroom.
- Class Attendance: Faculty members should make clear that students are expected to attend class and complete required assignments.
- Academic Advising: Shall advise students and also be available to assist students throughout the semester.
