Ignace Djitog is a Faculty in the Computer Science department at the School of Information Technology & Computing. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the African University of Science and Technology (AUST), Abuja (Nigeria). He received his MSc degree in computer science from the same University. He has a BSc degree in computer science from Université de N’Djamena (Chad). His area of research is Modeling and Simulation with a focus on Complex Systems such as Healthcare Systems, Energy Systems, and Cyber-Physical Systems. Specific areas of interest include Multi-Perspective Modelling, Multi-Paradigm Modelling, Ontology, and Model-Driven Engineering (MDE)/Model Driven Architecture (MDA). Ignace is the first prize winner of the African Grand Challenge (AGC) first edition organized by the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology, Arusha (Tanzania).
