Class of 2016 Accounting major Ozomata J. Omuya credits his alma mater. the American University of Nigeria (AUN) with giving him the essential life skills which have set him on the path to career success. Currently a financial analyst with Manulife Investment Management firm, Alum Ozomata described AUN as “a beautiful community to learn and excel”. Mr. Ozomata joined the Toronto, Canada-based Private Assets (Private Infrastructure Equity) - Financial Reporting & Advisory company in November 2020 and has since completed his Master of Finance degree at Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University.
"Reflecting on my time in AUN, in addition to the institution's focus on giving back to the community through various empowering activities and programs which I was privileged to partake in, I gained an exposure to diverse social situations which aided me in developing and being a well-rounded individual in society," says Alum Ozomata who served on the SGA as the Director of Maintenance and Asst. Director of Transportation.
