The AUN Campus Store has been repositioned to better serve community members and outside customers. According to the interim manager Mr. Ibrahim Usman, the Store's management has recalibrated every part of its operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
The rebranded AUN Campus Store is poised to provide more affordable and dependable service provision for customer satisfaction to provide a more customer-oriented and community-friendly service that meets international business standards.
Mr. Ibrahim Usman has also assured community members that the University management is fully backing the Store's ambitious plans by guaranteeing funding and cash flow for a fully stocked inventory of items and improved service to maximize student happiness.
"I am here to inform the AUN community that the new Campus Store is set to commence a booming of its selling activities from November 1, 2022, where anything buyable and everything saleable will be available in Campus Store, because a more sustainable financial system has been created for the smooth and continuous running of the Campus Store. We can now access fund quickly for continuous stocking up items and for smooth running of our business in the interest of AUN community This information is essential for our new and old students, faculty, and staff to know in order to take advantage of our numerous affordable services".
Mr. Ibrahim was full of praises to the VP of Finance, Mrs. Nnenna Mosogu for her creative idea and support for the Campus Store, adding that she understands the difficulty the store has been through in terms of quick access to funds being a commercial entity.
Explaining further, "Now, we offer the best affordable services you can't find around, because we have the best easy- to-buy processes compared with any other shops. For instance, if you need any electronics, gadget, adult and baby stuff, anything, name it, or want to build a house and you don't have enough money for cement or zinc, we can supply you bags of cements or bundles of zinc and you pay later in installment".
Students, faculty, and staff can visit and patronize the Campus Store through any of the following methods of payment:
- Buying with a student's ID card allows for a deduction from the student's school wallet/account
- Buying faculty and staff ID cards allow for payroll deduction
- Buying with ATM cards allows for POS deduction
- Buying on special credit allows for 3 installments of payment
- You can also pay in cash.
