The AUN Community in general, and the School of Business & Entrepreneurship in particular, can look forward to multiple benefits from the University's membership of the Global Business School Network (GBSN).
Last August, the Global Business School Network invited AUN to join its Community and hoped the University's leaders, faculty, and students could benefit from GBSN's extensive resources and international relationships for research and self-transformation.
An invitation letter to AUN sent through the Dean of SBE, Professor Leo Ukpong, listed several benefits with the planned association.
"We are excited about working directly with the (AUN) School of Business & Entrepreneurship … and the entire university, in building transformative entrepreneurship education and locally-relevant, impactful research initiates", GBSN's Chief Executive Officer, Dan LeClair, stated in the invitation letter.
He also hoped that GBSN's "mission to improve access to management and entrepreneurship education in the developing world connects with AUN's vision to be a great center of learning and research for Nigeria and Africa and a catalyst for development in the entire world."
