Diploma/Certificate Replacement
Diploma reprint requires the processing fee of N100,000.00, Police Report, Court Affidavit, Remains/Remnants of the damaged diploma (in the case of Fire outbreak), and a waiting period of 5 months. The duplicate diploma will be produced with a reverse side stamped with the words, “Duplicate issued on MM/DD/YY to replace lost/destroyed original diploma.”
Statement of Result (SoR) Replacement:
This requires the processing fee of N30,000.00, police report, court Affidavit, Remains/Remnants of the SoR (in the case of fire outbreak), and a waiting period of one month. The duplicate SoR will be produced with its reverse side stamped with the words, “Duplicate issued on MM/DD/YY to replace lost/destroyed original statement of result.”
Personalized Version of Letter/Certificate of English Language Proficiency/English as a Medium of Instruction: This requires the processing fee of N30,000.
