Dr. Ibrahim Danjuma, who hails from Gombi in Adamawa State of Nigeria obtained his Doctorate degree in Management from a prestigious university in Southeast Asia: Universiti Teknologi of Malaysia, Skudai, Johor Bahru in 2013. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from university of Maiduguri, Nigeria in 1991 and 1996 respectively. Dr. Ibrahim Danjuma is currently a tenured-full time professor of Business Administration in School of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship [SBE] of the prestigious American University of Nigeria [AUN], Yola, Nigeria, where apart from being a full time faculty, he is also the Chair of Business Administration and Marketing and the Coordinator of Graduate Programs of SBE, AUN. In addition, Dr. Ibrahim Danjuma is the chair of the Academic Affairs Committee of Senate of AUN, Yola. Apart from being a great faculty, with a teaching experience of 30 Years in tertiary institutions, Dr. Ibrahim Danjuma is deeply involved in research and publications activities as well as consultancy and community service. Prior to joining American University of Nigeria, Yola, Dr. Ibrahim Danjuma has taught for more than 17 Years in Modibbo Adama University Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria, where he steadily rose to the rank of Full Professor in Department of Business Administration. He has served as the Head of Department [ for 9 Years]; Ag. Deputy Dean [for 5 Years]; Deputy Dean [for 4 Years]. Ag. Dean [for 1 Year] and Substantive Dean [for 2 Years] all in School of Management and Information Technology [SMIT] now Faculty of Social and Management Sciences of MAU, Yola. Dr. Ibrahim Danjuma is actively involved in scholarly research activities and publications across the diverse fields of Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
He has supervised more than 40 master's students to completion; 4 PhD students to completion and another 6 M.Sc. and 5 PhD students in progress. He has published more than 40 articles in reputable and peer-reviewed National and International journals and has presented many conference papers in international academic seminars and workshops. His academic sojourn took him to many countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, Cameroon, Niger, Chad, Denmark, South Korea, India and Pakistan. He is happily married to Maryam and Zainab and blessed with 6 Children.
