AUN President Frazier Donates Essential Medical Kits to local clinic   

On February 3, 2024, AUN President Dr. Dewayne Frazier exhibited his unwavering commitment to community welfare by generously donating vital medical kits to the Idi Attah Health Center in Bwaranji Community in Yola, Dr. Frazier, a resident of the community, acknowledged the clinic’s significance and engaged with staff to understand their specific needs before the donation. 

The comprehensive medical kits encompassed essential supplies, including a blood pressure apparatus, adult weighing scale, lab reagent, cotton wool, and sterilizers. Dr. Frazier’s initiative not only fortifies the health center’s capabilities in primary health care but also underscores his dedication to enhancing community health care. He emphasized the clinic's importance to the community and promised to get more kits in the nearest future.

Receiving the donation, Mrs. Zulai Yusuf, in charge of the Health Center, expressed heartfelt gratitude, emphasizing the rarity of such inquiries into their needs. The Bwaranji community leader, Mr. Dangana Balitus also recognized the positive impact healthcare accessibility will have on the community.

This philanthropic act exemplifies Dr. Frazier’s commitment to community service and healthcare advancement.
