The President of the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Prof. DeWayne Frazier, has lauded members of the university’s Honor Society, describing them as the “best of the best” for their exceptional academic performance and outstanding leadership.
He made the commendation at the AUNHonor Society graduating students Award Banquet held on May 7, 2026, at the Community Hall, where students, faculty, and university leaders gathered to celebrate academic excellence and service to the AUN community.
Addressing the students, Prof. Frazier praised their discipline, dedication, and commitment to excellence, noting that they embody the highest ideals of the university. “You represent the best of the best,” he said, urging them to remain focused and continue setting standards of excellence both within and beyond the university.
He further encouraged the honorees to leverage their education and talents to create meaningful impact in society, emphasizing that the Honor Society reflects AUN’s core values of leadership, scholarship, and service.
