AUN Registrar Daniel Okereke Emphasizes University's Rich Legacy at Spring 2025 Pledge

The American University of Nigeria (AUN) marked a historic milestone on January 27, 2025, as it hosted the Spring 2025 Pledge Ceremony at the School of Law Auditorium. The event not only welcomed new students into the AUN community but also celebrated the University's 40th uninterrupted semester, which demonstrated AUN's academic consistency and excellence.

Speaking at the ceremony, AUN Registrar and Vice President for Administration, Mr. Daniel Okereke, expressed pride in the University's legacy and commended the admissions team for their dedication to exceeding the enrollment target and having enrolled the highest number of students for the Spring semester in the University's history. "This moment is truly special," he remarked. "To reach 40 uninterrupted semesters is no small feat, and we owe our gratitude to the admissions team for their dedication in bringing together this exceptional class.

Their efforts have ensured that AUN continues to thrive as a beacon of quality education." The highlight of the ceremony was the official induction of the new students, as AUN President Prof. DeWayne P. Frazier administered the oath of commitment, reinforcing the values of excellence, integrity, and service.

He congratulated the students on taking this significant step and assured them of the transformative journey ahead. "This pledge ceremony is not just an event," President Frazier stated. "It is a declaration of your commitment to education, personal growth, and service. AUN will not just educate you; it will prepare you to lead and inspire."
