Exceptional Alums Lead AUN’s Presence at 18th Abuja International Fair

The AUN pavilion at the 18th Abuja International Trade Fair could quickly transform into an Alumni reunion forum, as many of our accomplished alums have expressed a desire to attend and promote their alma mater.

The AUN Marketing and Communications Department has secured a pavilion at the often well-attended exhibition to showcase the University's new and old programs.

Alum support elevates the excursion to an entirely new level. Who better to explain the AUN advantage than those who have personally encountered it and are pursuing a successful career?

Basil Abia, the charismatic former SGA president, has pledged to "do whatever I can to tell the AUN story because it worked for me." Mr. Basil Abia, a graduate of the AUN Politics and International Studies (PIS) program, serves in the National Assembly as Special Advisor to the Deputy Speaker for Policy and Strategy.

Ms. Maryam Ali Galadima, the 2019 Commencement Speaker, has also confirmed her attendance. Mr. Nnaemeka Charles-Igbe, a 2023 Information Systems graduate completing his primary NYSC assignment at a leading international IT company in Abuja, has also indicated interest in attending his alma mater.

Ms. Grace Passa, Assistant Director of Marketing & Branding, represents AUN at the fair, which began on Thursday, September 28, 2023.

According to the schedule provided by Ms. Passa, President's Day will be celebrated on Friday. Visitors will observe the recorded welcome message and interviews of President DeWayne Frazier. Each AUN School will also have a designated day to highlight its programs and distinctiveness.

Please join our social media platforms to track our participation in the 18th Abuja International Trade Fair in the Trade Fair Complex along Airport Road in Abuja.
