School of Law Honors Exiting NYSC Member

The Dean of the School of Law and his faculty members organized a send forth party in honor of their NYSC Corps member on November 8, 2019.

The Corps member, Ihuoma Obasi, who hails from Imo State, studied Law at the Imo State University and served at AUN School of Law Clinic from 2018 to 2019. She expressed astonishment at the unexpected show of goodwill at the party.

"I find my interaction with the employees enjoyable, even better than some of my colleagues that served with private law firms, she added.

Dean Lawal Ahmadu appreciated the hard work, commitment, and dedication that Ms. Obasi put in during her service year.

"The best relationship one can ever build in life begins at his/her primary place of assignment. Ms. Obasi, we shall meet in higher and better places."

All other faculty members present also commended her efforts and wished her well.

AUN is an equal opportunity employer that values and respects all members of its community. Corps members serving the mandatory one year employment period are not exempt from this tradition.
