Breakfast helps to reduce the risk of many diseases like ulcer, heart diseases, obesity and diabetes. It helps to reduce acid content in the gastric system and stop erosion of gastric mucosa thus prevent ulcer, which is very prevalent in our country.

Breakfast helps to keep ideal body weight. Many students skip breakfast to reduce body weight but it is not a good idea. Studies show that breakfast skippers eat more food than usual at the next meal or use high-calorie snacks to reduce hunger.

Breakfast gives more strength and stamina to participate in physical activities. Starting a day without having a good breakfast may lead to fainting attacks due to low sugar level in blood.

It is proven that skipping breakfast is dangerous to health and may lead to different health issues. So eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.
