On November 15, 20 members of the Catholic National Youth Organization paid a courtesy visit to AUN.
They were received by Public Relations Coordinator, Mrs. Adeola Sam-Oladapo, who gave a brief overview of AUN. She told them that AUN is a university that teaches students how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset with which they can solve societal problems. She then took them on a campus tour including the sustainable Administration building.One of the visitors, James Issele-Uku, praised the creativity behind using containers to construct the building.
Public Relations Officer of the organization, Ikechukwu Duru, said it was a familiarization visit as their members were in Adamawa for a national meeting at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Yola.
The leader of the delegation, Abdul Emmanuel, said they were very impressed with the facilities they have seen in the university.
